Tubecare become regional leading UT Gauging Company specialized in Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging of Hull Structures on Ships and Offshore Vessels. Availability of fully equipped in-house Rope Access Team made our Service more efficient, self-sufficient and quick operations. The Division has been built with strong Technical Experts and well-experienced Thickness Measuring Team. Several projects had been successfully completed within and outside Qatar region. We proficient in conducting Comprehensive Hull Gauging, Special Survey, Annual Surveys, Intermediate Surveys in compliance with relevant Ship Class Rules.

Beside compliance with Legal and other International SHEQ Standards, Tubecare has also established fully compliant Safe System of Work for Thickness Measurement Activities fully in accordance with IACS, IRS, Bureau Veritas, DNV and Lloyd’s Register Class Rules.

Our industry leading TM Crew has extensive experience and qualified to ASNT Level II Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement, they are regularly trained, monitored and mentored by In-house ASNT Level III. Apart from UTM, they are qualified to ASNT Level II Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Testing as added competency. Our TM Crew holding Seamen’s book and multiple entry visas for major countries are ready to conduct Voyage/docking surveys in short notices. Our TM Crew has undergone Offshore Medical Examinations, various safety trainings such as H2S, Confined Space, CA-EBS, T-BOSIET, HUET Trainings in order to entertain urgent call-out.

To complement our Thickness Measurement Services and become a competitive Service Provider in the Region, we offer Remote Inspection Technique to our Customer. This mainly includes Rope Access Services with highly trained and qualified Rope Access Personnel. All Rope Access Personnel are IRATA approved and well experienced in supporting thickness measurement activities. The Team is managed by Technical Authority (Level III) and under supervision of QHSE Manager.
